Welcome to PSTOCODE.COM. By accessing our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Authorized Reseller Status

PSTOCODE.COM is an Official Authorized Reseller of Sony PlayStation® products. We are authorized to sell digital subscription codes for PlayStation Plus services. While we are an authorized retailer, this website is independently owned and operated and is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.

2. Product Nature & Delivery

We sell intangible digital goods (prepaid subscription codes) delivered via email.

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, your unique redemption code will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • No Physical Goods: No physical card or disc will be shipped to your address.

3. Region Locking

PlayStation Plus codes are region-specific. A code purchased for one country/region (e.g., United States) will not work on a PlayStation Network account registered in a different country (e.g., United Kingdom).

It is your responsibility to verify that the region of the code you are purchasing matches the region of your PlayStation Network account. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for codes purchased for the wrong region once they have been delivered.

4. Payments & Billing

All transactions on PSTOCODE.COM are one-time payments. We do not store your payment credentials, and we do not charge recurring fees.

  • Payment Processor: Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
  • Security: Your payment data is encrypted using SSL technology.
  • Currency: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, executed orders are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer a refund or replacement in the following specific cases:

  • The code delivered is proven to be invalid or already used before delivery.
  • The product has not been delivered due to a technical error on our end.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Once a code has been viewed or redeemed, it is considered "consumed" and cannot be refunded.

6. Code Redemption

You are solely responsible for redeeming the code on the PlayStation Network. We provide instructions, but we are not responsible for issues arising from your account status (e.g., banned accounts) or Sony's network maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

PSTOCODE.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
