Delivery is usually instant. However, sometimes emails can end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Please check there first.
If you still can't find it after 10 minutes, verify that the email address you entered during checkout is correct. If you made a typo, please contact support immediately with your name and transaction details.
You can redeem your code on your console or via a web browser:
- On Console (PS4/PS5): Go to PlayStation Store > Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar > Select "Redeem Codes" > Enter your 12-digit code.
- On Web Browser: Go to the PlayStation Store website, click your avatar at the top of the screen, select "Redeem Codes", and enter your code.
Yes. PlayStation Plus codes are strictly region-locked. A code purchased for the US store will ONLY work on a US PlayStation Network account. Please ensure you purchase the correct region for your account, as we cannot refund codes bought for the wrong region once delivered.
Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not accept returns once a code has been delivered/viewed, as it is considered "consumed." However, if the code is proven invalid or has not yet been delivered due to a system error, please contact our support team.
